Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the sitti88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by sitti88 ("Platform", "we", "us").

By accessing or using our Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on the Platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our Platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

We enforce a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure all users meet these eligibility requirements. This is a protective measure for all parties.

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at sitti88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or wins.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document.
• Accurate date of birth.
• An active email address that you own.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your own bank account or e-wallet details in your name for payment purposes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. sitti88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Deposits into your sitti88 account must be made using the payment methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods.

Key conditions regarding deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet that is registered under your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned (minus processing fees where applicable).
• Sitti88 does not accept deposits in the form of cash, cheques, or postal orders.
• Sitti88 does not charge any deposit processing fees for all local Malaysia payment methods.
• Deposit credits are applied to your account instantly for FPX and e-Wallet.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your sitti88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the sitti88 account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours on business days.
• Sitti88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.

Sitti88 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a terms violation under investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Sitti88 offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed one time only per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Sitti88 reserves the right to revoke any bonus if there is evidence of promotion abuse or fraud.
• Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the withdrawal limits stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Sitti88 reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds.
• For sports betting, results are based on the official decisions of the relevant sports governing bodies.
• Sitti88 reserves the right to limit or close the account of any player found to have abnormal or suspicious betting patterns.
• Bets can only be placed using funds available in your account balance — betting on credit is not permitted.

For slot games and casino games, all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by an accredited third party. Players cannot influence game outcomes through any technical means.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited when using the sitti88 Platform:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of stolen credit card or bank account information.
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Player collusion to exploit table games or sports betting.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Interfering with or attempting to access sitti88 systems or databases without authorisation.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Account Closure & Suspension

Sitti88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed or rejected identity verification (KYC).
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Voluntary closure request by the player.
• Account closure request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the sitti88 customer support team via live chat. If there is a valid balance in your account at the time of closure, it will be returned after all KYC and security checks are completed.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Sitti88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical disruptions, system errors, or unexpected downtime.

• Sitti88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The outcome of all games and bets is final — sitti88 is not responsible for any betting losses incurred by users.
• Sitti88 is not responsible for any service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Under no circumstances shall sitti88's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
